WHAT IS THE ZION DIGITAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
Products which are NOT defective or damaged or which you found to be unsuitable, can be returned to us within Seven workings days from date of delivery, provided that the product have not been opened and the packaging is in its original condition and you are able to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase.
Refunds are subject to assessment by us or manufacturer and once approved we will initiate refund to same payment method within 7 working days. For more information please read through here

Should you wish to return a faulty product purchased on “special”. Let our customer service team know within 7 working days arrangement will be made to collect equipment to our offices for assessment, if proves to be faulty full manufacturer warranty still applies accordingly to their warranty policies .
If the product proves to be working with our equipment 15% handling fee will be charged to client as well as courier fee.
