Orders

Start by browsing our site to find the item/s you wish to purchase, then simply click the “Request Quote” button. This will take you to that product specific page, here you can view product information etc and once you are happy with the product click on " Request Quote " button again and fill in the form then submit it. Once we receive your request an official quote will be sent to your email indicating stock availability and other information. Should you need help or have any questions, please feel free to give us a call on 010 449 8947 and we can assist you in placing your order.

If a product is faulty, you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and before returning it to us. We will gladly make arrangements for the faulty product to be returned to us for testing. If no fault is found, the product will be returned back to you and a R350 assessment fee will be charged. Should the unit prove to be faulty,  we may offer you a replacement unit or refund.

Delivery

JHB Delivery Estimates: 1-3 working days

CPT Delivery Estimates: 2-5 working days

DBN Delivery Estimates: 2-5 working days

Other Outlying Area Delivery Estimates: 3-7 working days

No deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends.

  • Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time with distributors and is dependent on geographical location.
  • Delivery estimate will commence from when payment is reflecting in our bank account and not from time of order.
  • Next business day delivery means that delivery will take place before 5:00 pm the following business day only once payment has been received.

Our couriers can only ship to any physical address within South Africa but unfortunately we can’t ship to Postal boxes. 

We hold stock of some items but other items we order from suppliers. 

We will only start processing your order once we have received your payment in our account. Please note stock availability may fluctuate until then and on the odd occasion the supplier may run out of stock. 

Due to some unforeseen circumstances there can be a delay in deliveries.Please feel free to give us a call on 010 449 8947 for any enquiries.

We deliver nation wide in South Africa as long as it is physical address, we do not deliver to post boxes

We currently accept EFT payments only at this stage.
